I thought about  this song  as our visitors decided to go and see the changing of the guard. It took me a while to track it down…but oh my..I found a recording of David Tomlinson ( Mary Poppins fame) singing this song and then reciting poems by A.A. Milne including, James James  Morrison Morrison Wheatherby George Dupree  from the B-side of  ‘When We Were Very Young’, which I remember from my infancy. If you are feeling at all down, I suggest singing along to the song and then learning all the words of the first recitation.
