We lost Steve Jobs today – he died, one of the most inspirational men on the planet. His legacy is vast but he will be remembered for his is his passion, creativity,  and  courage to walk his own path. My heart goes out to  his family. It’s well worth watching  Steve Job’s Speech at Stamford University if you can find 15 minutes in your busy life to check it out. If you have no time start at 5′.51” on his section about ‘love and loss’. Then at 8’12” he hits the absolute truth,  ‘don’t lose faith – you have got to find what you love – and that is true for work, as it is for your lovers – do what you believe is great work -love what you do..if you haven’t found it yet, keep looking…don’t settle’

And as I type this on my apple computer, which revolutionised my creative work ( I am an apple) – I am reminded how short life is and how all the money in the world won’t help you  find what you  love (unless it is having lots of money) or save you from dying before your path is truly trodden,  that  there are no excuses to be made. We have to make the most of every moment we have….NOW! Find out what you really love…what really moves you…grab life by the short and curlies….it is never too late. And if you already have found it…..Love it some more.

SONG OF THE DAY – Bob Dylan – Don’t Think Twice, It’s Alright

One of my favourite Dylan tracks. Dedicated to Steve Jobs who was a big Dylan fan.
